Requirements: All therapists and counselors looking to join Talkspace must possess and provide proof of:
- Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance
- Individual NPI & CAQH numbers
- Current residence in the USA
Compensation: You will receive $70 for each 60-minute live session, with session rates based on the state where your client resides. Rates for shorter sessions (30- and 45-minute) are prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates vary by client plans and state of residence, with additional bonuses for client engagement. How Talkspace Works: Talkspace is an online platform connecting mental health therapists and counselors with clients in their licensed states through an easy-to-navigate, HIPAA-compliant app. Conduct live sessions or communicate with clients via messages from virtually anywhere! Note: Due to high demand, we currently have a waitlist for providers who hold clinical licensure exclusively in TX, FL, NC, and MI.
