[Remote] Marketing Broadcast Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing Broadcast Coordinator to join their marketing operations team, focusing on building and scheduling campaigns while ensuring flawless execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and schedule email campaigns using pre-written copy and templates
- QA campaigns for correct links, formatting, audience selections, and send times
- Follow established processes for campaign setup and approvals
- Assist with scheduling and launching live webinar and promotional emails
- Maintain basic list organization and audience selections as directed
- Support SMS, push notifications, and other channels as training progresses
- Track campaign sends and helps gather performance data
- Communicate clearly with teammates about schedules, changes, and issues
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and processes
- Interest in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing technology
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, and project management tools
- Willingness to learn new platforms and workflows
- Experience with email platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp
