Role Overview As a Remote Insurance Agent with Agency of Valor, you will build meaningful client relationships, assess coverage needs, and match clients with insurance solutions that truly protect them. Operating fully remotely, you'll have the freedom to manage your schedule while being backed by a strong agency infrastructure, proven sales systems, and a team that invests in your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and agency lead programs
  • Conduct virtual consultations to identify and assess each client's insurance needs
  • Present tailored policy options across life, health, auto, home, or other lines of coverage
  • Guide clients through the enrollment and application process with clarity and care
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the agency CRM system
  • Provide proactive follow-up, policy reviews, and ongoing service to retain and grow your book of business
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals and activity metrics
  • Stay informed on carrier products, state regulations, and industry developments Qualifications
  • Active state insurance license (Life, Health, P&C, or combination); unlicensed candidates willing to obtain licensure within 30–60 days considered
  • Previous sales experience preferred; insurance background a plus but not required
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient with video conferencing tools, CRM platforms, and digital workflows
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace What We Offer
