Responsibilities
- Review contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with attorneys, law firms, and business professionals regarding outstanding balances
- Assist with collections efforts for legitimate, documented services that have been completed
- Draft professional correspondence and demand letters
- Negotiate resolutions and payment arrangements
- Learn practical strategies related to contract enforcement and legal risk management
- Work closely with experienced professionals on real-world matters
Skills
- Current law students (1L, 2L, or 3L)
- Recent law school graduates awaiting bar admission
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
