[Remote] Inside Sales Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KeySource is a Fast 55 award-winning pharmaceutical distributor specializing in generic prescription medications. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing new sales areas, driving revenue growth, and cultivating client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Developing new sales areas, through outbound & inbound calls, referrals, and emails to Pharmacies nationwide
- Drive revenue growth, account penetration, and satisfaction by cultivating high-value client relationships
- Achieve new account acquisition, account expansion, and account retention, while facilitating Customer orders and requests
- Increase revenue growth through strategic account retention and proactive relationship management
- Executing new business opportunities on behalf of the Company
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer objectives, while negotiating and collaborating with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Skills
- Persistent, enthusiastic, and assertive sales mindset, focused on developing new business and maximizing opportunities to achieve sales results
- Strong relationship building skills & a determination to achieve goals
- Skilled in verbal and written communication for telesales, to build rapport, addressing customer needs, and exceeding sales targets
- Motivation by uncapped commission + bonuses
- 1+ year(s) Sales experience preferred
- Telesales experience a plus
- Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
