Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Ken Garff Listening Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.
- Determine the customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment, providing clear and concise communication throughout the process.
- Document and update customer records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Be a team player, upholding careerzynith's standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40+ wpm.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
- Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.

- A computer, either a desktop (PC Windows) or a laptop with a working webcam.

- Storage: 64 GB or more.
- System Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot enabled.
- TPM: Version 2.0.
