[Remote] HR Technology Consultant

The HR Technology Consultant will lead client engagements, manage milestones, and translate client needs into actionable deliverables while contributing to internal training and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Translate client needs into actionable consulting deliverables and track progress against milestones
  • Lead client workshops and internal planning sessions with structured facilitation
  • Act decisively on client concerns and escalate when needed to protect engagement success
  • Manage engagement milestones and ensure timely delivery of consulting outputs
  • Ensure real-time visibility into engagement status through accurate system updates
  • Communicate engagement health and strategic risks to leadership
  • Ensure all client-facing and internal documentation meets quality and compliance standards
  • Lead internal training sessions and mentor consultants on emerging trends and technologies
  • Lead internal alignment sessions and contribute to strategic planning
  • Lead market research and provider evaluations to inform client recommendations
  • Set strategic direction for engagement teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure project data is accurately maintained across internal systems (Salesforce, SharePoint)
  • Provide strategic input on resource planning, including hours reporting and team allocation

Skills

  • Proven track record of managing strategic client engagements and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of HR Tech or Brokerage experience
