[Remote] HR Data and Reporting Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider based in the USA, and they are seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst. The Analyst will develop reports and insights to support talent decisions, create dashboards, and ensure data integrity across the People team’s systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide WD reporting and analytical support to various stakeholders across the People leadership team
- Partner with peers to design and build WD and Tableau dashboards that support strategic goals for Client
- Apply expertise in data and analysis and translate complex issues into actionable insights
- Create, maintain and improve the efficiency and automation of reporting and analytics processes
- Drive data integrity across the People team’s systems and partners to develop good data governance
Skills
- 5+ years of advanced WD reporting experience
- 5+ years of HR reporting and analytics experience (recruiting, engagement, retention, DEI)
- Expertise in data collection and manipulation and visualization skills
- Ability to review, prepare, audit and ensure accuracy of data
