[Remote] Generative AI Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is partnered with a leading AI consulting organization focused on building a next-generation GenAI incubator team. The role involves rapid prototyping, building, and scaling real-world GenAI solutions while collaborating with clients to develop industry-specific AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Build production-grade AI/ML pipelines and reusable GenAI frameworks
- Rapidly prototype and develop agentic AI solutions and MVPs
- Work directly with client engineering teams to co-develop solutions
- Translate abstract business problems into functional AI applications
- Integrate LLMs and AI models into real-world workflows
- Participate in customer-facing discussions as a technical SME
- Contribute to research and experimentation around emerging GenAI technologies
- Design scalable architectures that evolve client-specific builds into reusable products
Skills
- 1–10 years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or related field
- Recent hands-on experience working with Generative AI / LLMs
- Strong experience with prototyping and building end-to-end solutions
- Ability to work directly with clients in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Active GitHub showcasing personal or experimental projects
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
