Remote Executive Assistant to Chief Digital Media and Marketing Officer

Job Overview We are a prominent professional organization dedicated to supporting senior healthcare IT leaders. As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as the primary liaison for the Chief Digital Media and Marketing Officer, managing communication and supporting various administrative functions aligned with our strategic goals. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to a remote leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel. Attend executive meetings to document action items and monitor ongoing tasks. Collaborate with fellow Executive Assistants to streamline travel and meeting coordination. Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and other significant events. Act as a liaison between the Executive Vice President and third-party development teams, ensuring effective communication and task management. Conduct regular reviews of budgetary documents and assist in budget-related meetings with direct reports. Foster communication among team members and support project initiatives related to media and audience acquisition. Perform other administrative duties as required. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong editing and proofreading capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships with internal teams and external sponsors. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment. Professional maturity and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of five years of experience in an office setting, supporting multiple executives and interacting with external stakeholders.
