As a Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be the bridge between emerging sellers and careerzynith’s expansive buyer base. Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth & Seller Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard high‑potential third‑party sellers across a variety of categories, focusing on those that fill gaps in careerzynith’s current assortment.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract top‑tier vendors, leveraging data‑driven insights to demonstrate the value of partnering with careerzynith.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations, webinars, and one‑on‑one consultations to showcase careerzynith’s platform capabilities, fee structures, and growth opportunities.

Data Management & Product Catalog Enrichment

  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume product data with meticulous attention to accuracy, ensuring that each listing meets careerzynith’s quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal catalog teams to enrich product attributes, optimize search relevance, and improve overall discoverability for shoppers.
  • Monitor and resolve data integrity issues, working closely with sellers to correct inconsistencies and prevent future errors.

Seller Enablement & Performance Optimization

  • Provide sellers with best‑practice guidance on pricing, inventory management, fulfillment options, and promotional tactics to maximize sales velocity.
  • Analyze seller performance metrics, delivering actionable, data‑driven recommendations that help vendors achieve revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction scores.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for seller inquiries, escalating complex issues to cross‑functional teams when necessary.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders—including product, marketing, finance, and legal—to streamline onboarding processes and resolve vendor‑related challenges.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.
  • Performance Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into strategic actions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including persuasive presentation skills.
