[Remote] Director of Enterprise Sales

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Uplynk is a remote-first organization that helps media companies and corporate clients deliver premium video experiences at scale. The Director of Enterprise Sales will lead new business and revenue growth efforts, manage strategic customer relationships, and execute complex sales cycles in the enterprise and corporate markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise and corporate opportunities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage executives across enterprise and corporate accounts, content owners, digital out of home and FAST operators
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through contract execution
  • Develop account strategies that drive both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to design customer-centric streaming and monetization solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems
  • Represent Uplynk at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and executive briefings
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and lead generation efforts
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to Product and Executive teams
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate with Legal and Finance during contract review
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers

Skills

  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • 3+ years selling SaaS, cloud, enterprise technology, streaming, ad tech, OTT, or related solutions
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing six-figure and seven-figure enterprise opportunities
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to navigate complex buying committees and long sales cycles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and product teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events
  • Experience selling streaming, corporate workflows, FAST, video infrastructure, CDN, cloud video, ad insertion, or media workflow solutions
  • Existing relationships within corporate verticals including finance, health & fitness, E-learning, consumer facing brands, and streaming operators
  • Familiarity with AWS, cloud infrastructure, video delivery, monetization platforms, and streaming operations
  • Experience selling into both technical and business stakeholders
