Key Responsibilities

HR Compliance & Data Management

  • Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions into the Access database, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
  • Audit and reconcile fingerprint records with TSA, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR compliance documentation, including TSA Clearinghouse data, CHRC (Criminal History Records Check) reports, and other regulatory filings.
  • Generate and distribute custom dashboards and reports that highlight compliance trends, data anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the HRIS and EC (Enterprise Compliance) teams to align data flows and system integrations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and government agencies regarding compliance data.
  • Provide training and guidance to specialty units on regulatory requirements, internal processes, and best practices.
  • Facilitate regular communication loops with the Consistency Group, ensuring that all compliance activities are synchronized and transparent.

Process Improvement & Analytics

  • Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.
  • Develop advanced Excel formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Access queries to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Lead high‑level analyses that support strategic decision‑making within the HR compliance function.
  • Document standard operating procedures and maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base for future reference.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry, HR compliance, or a similar analytical role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel (including advanced functions), and data‑validation techniques.
  • Familiarity with TSA Clearinghouse, CHRC processes, and federal compliance standards is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
