Technical Guidance: Assist customers with website navigation, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through the online shopping process. This includes helping with account setup, password resets, and resolving browser or connection issues. Order Management: Help customers process new orders, make modifications to existing orders, and track shipment details. You'll be empowered to resolve common issues on the spot while escalating complex matters when necessary. Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy. You'll refer specialized queries to the appropriate department and follow through to ensure timely resolution, maintaining detailed records of all interactions. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system. This documentation helps us continuously improve our service delivery. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product catalog, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions, identifying patterns that can help improve our products and services. Compliance Adherence: Follow all company policies, security protocols, and privacy guidelines to protect customer information and maintain trust.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need the following: Education: High School Diploma is required. Additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields is a plus. Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
