Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to join our remote workforce as Customer Service & Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be the voice of careerzynith, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving technical and billing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to upsell products and services. The position is open to candidates in the United States, Vatican City, and Virginia (USA) and offers both full‑time and part‑time schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, delivering courteous, solution‑focused service.
  • Listen attentively to understand each customer’s needs, then provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize careerzynith’s proprietary CRM and support platforms to manage accounts, document interactions, and track resolutions.
  • Identify sales opportunities during conversations, confidently presenting relevant upgrades, add‑ons, or new services.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in clear, compelling language that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Escalate complex or dissatisfied cases to supervisors while maintaining ownership of the customer’s experience.
  • Achieve first‑call resolution targets by applying strong problem‑solving techniques and effective communication.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute with accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Compensation & Benefits
