This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and working in a flexible remote environment. Through virtual Zoom consultations, you’ll help support families while developing valuable communication, leadership, and client service skills. What You’ll Do 🤝 Connect with Clients Virtually Meet with clients through phone and Zoom consultations to better understand their needs and provide professional support. 📚 Present & Explain Benefit Options Educate clients on available coverage options clearly, professionally, and confidently. 🌟 Build Long-Term Relationships Develop trust and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service. 💻 Work Independently in a Remote Environment Manage your schedule, appointments, and workflow while collaborating with a supportive remote team. 📈 Continue Learning & Growing Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities. Suggested Qualifications Successful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Zoom and virtual tools Reliable work ethic and self-discipline Positive, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
