Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing policyholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactive Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to provide policy updates, collect payments, and address any concerns that could lead to cancellation.
  • Cancellation Prevention: Identify accounts in cancellation status, negotiate reinstatements, and work with customers who have experienced payment rejections (NSF) to secure timely payments.
  • Needs Analysis: Listen attentively to customer needs, assess risk profiles, and recommend appropriate coverage options or policy adjustments.
  • Accurate Documentation: Record every interaction, note key details, and update the CRM system with precision to maintain a reliable customer history.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, claims, and other support teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless service.
  • Product Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current on careerzynith’s insurance products, policy changes, and regulatory updates to provide accurate information.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, finance, or insurance is a plus.
  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license for the state of Georgia.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a call‑center agent, preferably with careerzynith or a comparable insurance carrier.
  • Financial Ambition: Demonstrated personal financial goals and a desire to achieve performance‑based earnings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities, with a talent for explaining complex insurance concepts in plain language.
