Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be the front line of support for our clients’ customers. You will handle a variety of inquiries—including service issues, billing questions, and product enhancement suggestions—while striving for one‑call resolution. Your ability to listen actively, empathize, and troubleshoot will directly influence customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email, ensuring each interaction reflects the careerzynith standard of excellence.
  • Diagnose and resolve service‑related problems, billing discrepancies, and product inquiries, aiming to close each case on the first contact.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with clear, concise notes that enable seamless handoffs if escalation is required.
  • Identify patterns or recurring issues and relay insights to the product and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including technical support, sales, and operations—to deliver holistic solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
