Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to customers regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and upgrades.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service, hospitality, or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a high‑volume customer service environment, preferably within travel, hospitality, or telecommunications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
  • Proven problem‑solving aptitude, with a track record of turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
