Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic, accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing pharmacy‑related questions, prescription status, and billing concerns.
  • Process prescription orders, verify insurance details, and ensure accurate medication fulfillment while adhering to all regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with internal teams (pharmacy, logistics, finance) and deliver timely, effective resolutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare, pharmacy assistance, or customer service are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a pharmacy, healthcare, or related regulated environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
