Role Overview

We are seeking a forward‑thinking, data‑driven Commercial Planning Supervisor to join the careerzynith+ Business Operations & Planning team. This remote, full‑time position is based in California but offers the flexibility to work from home. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy for careerzynith+, driving subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead the development and maintenance of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly rolling forecasts for careerzynith+ across EMEA and the United States.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Build and maintain robust financial models that incorporate subscriber metrics, ARPU, churn, marketing spend, and content acquisition costs.
