Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join careerzynith as Remote Chat Support & Content Moderators. In this entry‑level position, you will be the first line of communication for our gaming community, handling live chat interactions, moderating user‑generated content, and providing responsive customer support via email and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live chat streams on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Discord, ensuring conversations remain respectful, on‑topic, and compliant with careerzynith’s community guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to player inquiries via chat and email, providing accurate product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on account‑related issues.
  • Share promotional content, sales links, and exclusive discount codes in accordance with campaign schedules and compliance standards.
  • Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content (e.g., harassment, hate speech, spam, or copyrighted material) and take appropriate moderation actions, including warnings, temporary bans, or escalations to senior moderators.
  • Utilize careerzynith’s internal ticketing and knowledge‑base tools to document interactions, track recurring issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of support resources.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑play scenarios, and knowledge‑share meetings to stay current on game updates, new features, and evolving community policies.

  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, meet weekly availability commitments (minimum 5 hours), and communicate any schedule changes promptly to your team lead.

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download/upload) and a device capable of running web browsers, chat clients, and basic productivity software (desktop, laptop, or tablet).
  • Strong written communication skills in English, with an ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and with a friendly tone.

  • Self‑motivation and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team objectives.
