Key Responsibilities

  • Execute patient‑centric pharmacy programs, including medication therapy management (MTM), immunization services, and payer‑pharma adherence initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent quality and compliance across all clinical pharmacy operations by reviewing, analyzing, and refining data entry processes.
  • Ensure regional pharmacies adhere to standard operating procedures, FDA regulations, and state pharmacy laws.
  • Drive pharmacy financial performance by supporting revenue‑generating projects such as medication synchronization, refill optimization, and specialty program enrollment.
  • Provide expert guidance and resources to pharmacists and field leaders, acting as a trusted knowledge hub for clinical and operational queries.
  • Conduct data and clinical audits to verify prescription accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and uphold HIPAA privacy standards.
  • Review medication histories and patient profiles to guarantee safe and appropriate therapy, offering personalized counseling when needed.

Essential Qualifications
