[Remote] Business Development Executive

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand their client base and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our international logistics business
• Identify and target potential clients to generate leads and build a strong customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized logistics solutions tailored to client requirements
• Stay updated with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build industry contacts and expand your network

Skills

• MUST have international logistics / freight forwarding sales experience
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals
• In-depth knowledge of international logistics processes, regulations, and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• CRM experience is preferred
