The candidate will design, develop, and maintain Army Vantage dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics products supporting readiness, sustainment, and enterprise modernization. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards integrating Army data sources (GFEBS, GCSS-Army, Vantage). Create optimized ETL processes and SQL-based data pipelines. Perform data validation, quality assurance, and integration across Army systems. Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver analytic solutions aligned to mission needs. Present findings and trends to leadership through advanced visualization techniques. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of data analytics experience. Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Experience with Army Vantage or other DoD data systems. Minimum active DoD Secret clearance. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GFEBS, GCSS-Army, or other Army enterprise systems. Familiarity with DevSecOps and Agile collaboration. Advanced data modeling and ETL design skills.
