[Remote] AI-Enabled Technical Program Manager – Oracle Finance

MPower Plus is seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Technical Program Manager with strong Oracle Finance expertise to drive enterprise modernization and AI-led transformation initiatives. The role involves managing delivery, operations, stakeholder engagement, and modernization initiatives across Finance, ERP, Automation, and Enterprise Platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-enabled modernization initiatives across Oracle Finance and enterprise platforms
- Implement AI-assisted delivery models, intelligent automation, predictive operations, and workflow optimization
- Drive measurable productivity improvements through AI copilots, GenAI platforms, automation frameworks, and analytics solutions
- Identify and implement AI use cases to reduce cycle times, improve quality, and optimize operational costs
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle including build, run, optimize, and governance
- Create and manage structured delivery plans using Jira and Agile methodologies
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution
- Drive operational excellence using KPI-driven governance and predictive analytics
- Engage with executive stakeholders and customer leadership teams
- Translate business pain points into well-defined features and user stories
- Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution
- Drive continuous alignment across business, delivery, finance, DevOps, and platform teams
- Improve SLA adherence, uptime, MTTR, and customer experience metrics
- Establish AI-driven governance and reporting framework
- Lead global delivery teams and multi-vendor ecosystem
Skills
- 15–20+ years of overall IT experience
- 5–8+ years in leadership/program management roles
- Strong Oracle Finance / ERP background
- Experience leading enterprise modernization and transformation programs
- Hands-on exposure to AI copilots, automation platforms, GenAI tools, or intelligent operations
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, SRE, automation engineering, and modern delivery models
- Expertise in Jira governance, delivery planning, stakeholder management, and escalation handling
