[Remote] Account Strategist, Digital Marketing Agency -Home Services

Venveo is a fast-paced digital marketing agency that helps brands grow and thrive online, primarily serving local home service businesses. They are seeking a proactive Executive Strategist to onboard clients, lead digital strategies, and ensure performance across a portfolio of clients while collaborating with internal specialists for effective execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic relationships with your assigned clients
- Serve as the lead strategist and main point of contact for all client communication
- Lead biweekly or monthly client meetings to discuss performance, goals, and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal specialists (SEO, paid media, email marketing, website design, etc.) to ensure strategy is executed effectively and aligned with client goals
- Analyze performance data, extract insights and communicate results and next steps
- Proactively identify and recommend strategic upsell opportunities that drive meaningful client growth
- Partner closely with the delivery teams to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track
Skills
- Candidate must reside in the US, preferable EST/CST time zones
- 3+ years in account management or client services and direct experience owning digital marketing strategy (agency experience preferred)
- Strong technical acumen across SEO, Paid Media, Email Marketing and related digital channels, with the ability to evaluate performance and guide specialists effectively
- Strong communicator who can juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Comfortable presenting performance data and translating insights into strategic action
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
- Experience in or exposure to the home services industry is a plus
