Responsibilities
- Own and build an agency within the life insurance industry
- Utilize the provided operational and lead systems to generate business
- Obtain and maintain an active life insurance license
- Produce personal sales to establish a foundation for agency ownership
- Participate in mentorship programs to develop agency-building skills

- An active life insurance license is required
- You're entrepreneurially wired and ready to build inside a proven structure
