Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor academic quality assurance processes and standards for all educational products and services.
- Collaborate with content development teams, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to integrate quality best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct rigorous reviews of curriculum, assessments, and learning materials to ensure accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and feedback to enhance the academic integrity and effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Stay abreast of developments in educational policy, quality frameworks, and pedagogical research to inform internal standards.
- Facilitate training and workshops on quality assurance principles for internal teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Act as a key liaison with external accreditation bodies and internal stakeholders on matters of academic quality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in academic quality assurance or a similar role within an educational setting.
