The Related Services Coordinator serves as the central contact for coordinating therapy and related services for students with IEPs and 504 Plans at Stride schools. This role ensures compliance with federal and state procedures while managing a statewide network of service providers and maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of student services. Key Responsibilities: Develops and maintains relationships with service providers, negotiates contracts and rates, ensures timely placement of students with providers, tracks attendance and progress reports, and trains stakeholders on related service platforms and policies. Monitors budget and expenditures, verifies invoices, resolves provider conflicts, and generates reports on related services program status. Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of special education regulations (IDEA, Section 504), database management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration. Excellent organizational, communication, and training abilities with proficiency in school management systems and ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, providers, and families. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; experience in special education coordination, related services management, or school administration preferred. Knowledge of IEP/504 processes and familiarity with special education compliance requirements are essential.
