What You'll Do

• Deliver medical nutrition therapy and wellness coaching through structured telehealth video sessions
• Design personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs using evidence-based nutrition counseling and Kickoff's integrated platform
• Own client accountability and outcomes, including weight management, chronic disease support, and behavior change, while maintaining strong long-term retention
• Build genuine coach-client relationships through consistent touchpoints via our app, messaging, and async video
• Contribute to coaching culture: share what's working, push the product forward, and hold a high bar for care quality

What We're Looking For

• Active RDN or RD license with current CDR registration
• Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to engage, motivate, and retain clients, including those who are resistant or hard to reach
• 1+ years of direct one-on-one client experience
• Genuine interest in fitness and exercise as part of comprehensive wellness care
• US-based; fully remote eligible
• Minimum 15 client-facing hours per week once fully ramped, with a preference for coaches making Kickoff their primary professional role

Nice to Haves

• Current or previous CPT certification or equivalent experience (no CPT? We'll help you get certified)
• Experience in telehealth, digital health platforms, or startup environments
