Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Rockwell Collins products and services. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable sales for the company. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Rockwell Collins' products and services. Continuously build and maintain product knowledge and keep abreast of industry developments to effectively represent Rockwell Collins as a leader in aviation technology. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a positive and seamless experience for clients. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions. Collaborate with other sales representatives and share best practices to drive overall sales success for the division.
