Regional Business Development Lead

About the position Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services partners with entrepreneurs and growing organizations to streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management solutions. Our focus on reliability, efficiency, and scalable growth allows our clients to operate at a higher level. We are currently looking for a regional business development lead to grow revenue across their local market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven selling and consultative business development. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new opportunities, meeting with decision-makers, and building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a defined regional sales territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business owners and key stakeholders
  • Understand client operations and recommend customized service solutions
  • Build, maintain, and forecast a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage territory planning and sales cycles independently
  • Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
  • Comfortable with travel within an assigned region

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in regional, territory, or outside sales roles is a plus but not required
