Recruiter Headhunter

Experienced Recruiter / Headhunter for managing the recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding to fill roles in the organization with qualified and motivated partners. This challenging role requires advanced skills in recruiting, job interviews, candidate assessments, holacracy, team building, as well as a high level of responsibility, reliability, professionalism, expertise, and discipline. Work with a team of champions on an ambitious crypto project (Blockchain) with social and environmental impact, dedicated to serving the greater good. As a partner (freelance) in our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) without hierarchies, you take over full accountability for your roles and actions. • Collaborating with Circle Leads to understand requirements and publishing job posts
• Maintaining the Recruiting Database and keeping accurate records of the recruitment activities
• Managing recruiting platforms, channels and agencies
• Conducting job interviews to screen and assess candidates
• Supporting the contract negotiation and onboarding process for new partners
• Reviewing resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet job requirements
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, and providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Managing the recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter or headhunter, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry
• Proficiency in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, JOIN, AngelList, etc.
• Prior experience with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) and the Holacracy framework is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time, while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• Familiarity with agile organizations and agile development methodologies (Scrum)
• Minimum capacity of 20h per week
• Passion for people and team building, with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
