If you've succeeded in a commission environment and enjoy helping people solve problems, we want to speak with you. Position Overview As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will speak directly with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. Your role is to:
- Build rapport with homeowners
- Analyze seller situations
- Present creative solutions
- Negotiate contracts
- Work with our support team to move deals toward closing
Compensation
- 30% Commission Split

Schedule We are open to both: Part-Time
- Approximately 5 hours per day
