Real Estate Media Contractor
We're looking to bring on an experienced real estate media contractor to help cover shoots in the area. This isn’t a beginner role — I need someone who already knows how to walk into a property and get it done right without a ton of hand-holding. What the work looks like:
- Shooting listing photos (interior/exterior)
- Occasional video walkthroughs (gimbal work)
- Drone photo/video when needed
- Working directly with agents/homeowners on-site
What you need:
- Real estate photography experience (not just general photography)
- Your own gear (full-frame camera, wide lens "12-24mm", tripod, flashes, gimbal, etc.)
- A valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- Reliable transportation — you’ll be traveling around SE PA & parts of NJ
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Schedule: Flexible overall, but you need daytime availability during the week. Some weeks are busier than others. What matters to me:
- You show up on time
- You’re consistent
- You can move efficiently through a shoot
- You don’t need to be micromanaged
Pay: Per job, based on experience and what you can handle (photo, video, drone, etc.) If you’re interested, send over your portfolio, gear list, and general availability.
