We are also committed to your growth; access continuous learning via the Terminalfour and DCM Learning Hub, technical training platforms, and AWS certification support—all paid by us The Role Working as part of an Agile product team on a remote basis, you will ensure the highest standards of quality across Terminalfour's product set through a blend of exploratory testing, automation development, and cross-team collaboration. You are passionate about quality throughout the full development lifecycle and bring a modern, AI-augmented approach to test creation and gap analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct structured exploratory testing sessions to uncover defects, usability issues, and edge cases beyond scripted test coverage Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites Leverage AI-powered tools (Kiro) to accelerate test script generation, improve coverage, reduce manual effort Analyse existing test coverage, identify gaps in functional, regression, and performance testing, and propose strategies to close them Develop test plans, guidelines, and requirements that provide clear visibility into testing scope and approach Produce complete, thorough bug reports Work closely with developers, product owners, and project personnel to understand requirements, align on priorities, and advocate for the end-user perspective Manage and maintain QA infrastructure on AWS Construct high-level QA status reports and performance trend analyses for stakeholders Requirements 3+ years of quality assurance experience Demonstrable exploratory testing experience with structured session-based approaches Hands-on experience with at least one automation testing framework Experience using AI-powered tools to generate, refine, or augment automated tests Good understanding of software testing methodologies Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate within a team High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, fluent English (spoken and written) Hands-on experience with Jira Strong Advantage Passion for staying current with emerging QA tools and AI-driven testing approaches Experience testing CMS platforms or complex web applications At Terminalfour, we look for people who are passionate, curious, and driven to make an impact.
