Property Management Coordinator

Boston Property Care is a professional property management company serving the Greater Boston area. They are seeking a highly organized, customer service-oriented Property Management Coordinator to support their expanding property management operation.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day property management operations
  • Responding to tenant, owner, trustee, and client inquiries
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
  • Tracking work orders and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Assisting with proposals, documents, and administrative tasks
  • Helping organize operational workflows and communication
  • Supporting leadership and property management staff across multiple areas of the business
  • Maintaining organized records and helping ensure exceptional client service

  • Property management experience preferred but not required
  • Real estate or related industry experience is a plus
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus
  • Local candidates preferred
