Product Manager (Pakistan)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution across multiple digital products. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, design, and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap Identify market opportunities and customer needs Conduct competitive analysis and product research Align product initiatives with company goals and business objectives Develop short- and long-term product plans Product Execution Own and prioritize the product backlog Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products Lead sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and product release planning Ensure successful product launches and post-launch optimization Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams Gather requirements and translate business needs into product solutions Present product updates, priorities, and recommendations to leadership Manage expectations, timelines, risks, and trade-offs Product Analytics & Growth Define and track product KPIs Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and performance metrics Identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and engagement Make data-driven recommendations to enhance product performance Lead product experimentation and optimization efforts
Qualifications
Required 5+ years of Product Management experience Proven experience managing SaaS, software, or digital products Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies Experience creating and managing product roadmaps Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience working with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make strategic decisions Preferred Experience in SaaS, AI, Marketing Technology, or startup environments Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar tools Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices Experience managing remote teams and distributed stakeholders What Success Looks Like Product initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals Roadmaps are clear, prioritized, and effectively communicated Customer satisfaction and product adoption continue to improve Product decisions are driven by data and customer insights Cross-functional teams remain aligned and productive What We Value We value proactive product leaders who think strategically, communicate effectively, and take ownership.
