Power BI Developer -- 100% Remote -- C2C/W2 Position
Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer Experience: 10+ Years Location: Remote Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Create and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
- Perform data transformation, modeling, and validation for analytics and reporting
- Develop DAX calculations and optimize Power BI data models for performance
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced transformations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into BI solutions
- Partner with data engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance across BI platforms
- Conduct performance tuning for reports, datasets, and refresh processes
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
- Participate in design reviews and promote BI best practices Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Reports, DAX, Data Modeling)
- Advanced SQL skills (queries, performance tuning, stored procedures)
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have
- Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool)
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or careerzynith Cloud Platform)
