The Kovacs Savage Real Estate Team, a top-performing team under Byrnes Real Estate Group, is seeking a Part-Time Transaction Coordinator to support our growing team. Kovacs Savage is a full-service real estate team specializing in buying, selling, investing, and new construction development projects throughout Greater Boston. Our team is deeply involved in the full lifecycle of real estate from sourcing opportunities to managing transactions and delivering successful closings. This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience who enjoys staying organized, managing timelines, and keeping deals on track from contract to close.

Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, and attorneys
  • Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
  • Maintain organized transaction files and communication Qualifications
  • Prior real estate experience REQUIRED
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions independently
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills Details
  • Part-time, flexible schedule
  • $25-$30/hour (depending on experience)
  • Remote role; must be located within 45 minutes of East Boston
  • This is a primarily remote role; however, candidates must be located within approximately 45 minutes of East Boston to support occasional in-person coordination when needed.
