Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from policyholders, prospects, and partners with a friendly, solution‑oriented tone.

• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, escalating qualified leads to the sales team.
• Transfer complex or escalated calls to the appropriate specialist while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
