Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compile, and sort incoming documents, forms, and electronic files for data entry.
  • Verify source documents for accuracy, cross‑checking details against existing records.
  • Enter customer, account, and transactional data into the designated database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, missing fields, or erroneous entries, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Obtain additional information for incomplete documents by contacting internal teams or external stakeholders.
  • Update existing records, delete obsolete files, and merge duplicate entries to maintain a clean data environment.
  • Scan physical documents and upload them into the document management system, ensuring proper indexing and retrieval capabilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry workflows and suggest process improvements.
  • Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies, safeguarding sensitive information at all times.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration or information technology is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or a related administrative role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error‑free work.
