Part-Time Airbnb Guest Service Support (Mountain Time, 9-5) - Contract to Hire

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Guest Service Support Specialist to assist with our Airbnb properties. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in Airbnb guest support, be able to handle guest inquiries via chat and phone calls, and coordinate with our manager to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally via chat, email, and phone calls. Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with property managers and contractors for any guest-related needs or issues. Provide accurate information about our listings, policies, and amenities. Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with guests to ensure a great experience. Requirements: Experience in Airbnb guest service support or similar customer service roles. Must be available to work Mountain Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to handle guest calls with a calm and professional demeanor. Reliable internet connection and appropriate tools for remote work (headset, computer, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
