Job Summary: Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Overnight Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients customers via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while delivering high-quality service to our clients in Germany. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information and solutions.

Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the companys CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Adapt to a variety of client processes and systems while maintaining consistent service standards.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.

Comfortable with technology and remote work tools (CRM software, ticketing systems, chat platforms).

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.

Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in remote work or night shifts is an asset.

Familiarity with German consumer market and cultural norms is a plus.
