TITLE: Operations Coordinator LOCATION: Remote DEPARTMENT: Data Analytics TYPE: Full Time, Remote (travel up to 4 times per year for team and corporate events) CCS is unable to sponsor work visas for this position, including H-1B. CCS DATA ANALYTICS The CCS Data Analytics Team helps organizations unlock the full value of their constituent data. UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE The Data Analytics Operations Coordinator supports the Analytics team by helping keep daily operations running smoothly. This is an entry level role ideal for someone who wants to build foundational skills in nonprofit work, data analytics, marketing, and team coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule meetings with clients and internal project teams and maintain the team’s shared calendar. Help with onboarding new CCS Analytics projects. Manage the updates and distribution of sales, marketing, and education materials. Assist with the compilation and distribution of the team’s performance metrics to senior leadership. Assist with the compilation and distribution of benchmarking data. Plan and execute conferences and retreats by coordinating logistics, ordering materials, ensuring booth setup is complete, partnering with Marketing, and supporting all aspects of event planning. Create reports as needed to address requests from regional teams and senior leadership. QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of experience in an operational or coordinating role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple small tasks while staying organized and focused. Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. One to three years of relevant experience in a professional setting. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, communications, or related field. Experience with office administration, data analysis, and/or marketing coordination. Experience working with a non-profit. Exposure to CRM tools such as Raiser’s Edge is a plus. SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $70,000 The exact salary varies within range based on years of relevant experience and education.
