The Opportunity Allara is seeking an Onboarding Payer Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of provider enrollment, licensing, credentialing, and onboarding activities. This is an entry-level role designed for a detail-oriented, eager individual who is looking to build a career in healthcare operations within a mission-driven, fast-growing company. You will work closely with Specialists and Team Leads to ensure provider data is accurate, applications are submitted on time, and operations run smoothly, playing a foundational role in enabling Allara's providers to deliver exceptional care to patients. Location: Fully remote Internationally Your Impact Execute day-to-day provider enrollment, credentialing, and licensing tasks under the guidance of Specialists and Team Leads, ensuring accurate and timely completion. Accurately input, maintain, and update provider data across credentialing databases and internal systems, upholding data integrity standards. Review and process enrollment applications, supporting documentation, and status updates while maintaining quality and compliance with payer requirements. Identify and escalate issues, discrepancies, or complex cases to the appropriate team member in a timely manner. Participate in team meetings, provide status updates on assigned tasks, and proactively learn workflows, SOPs, and systems to build operational expertise. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by supporting process improvement efforts and demonstrating a growth mindset. Required Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or related operations; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and document management. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Ability to follow established workflows, learn new systems quickly, and escalate complex cases appropriately. Genuine enthusiasm for Allara's mission and a desire to learn and grow within the healthcare operations field.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with credentialing platforms such as CAQH or Verifiable, or data management tools such as Airtable, is a plus.
