  • This role offers an opportunity for an ambitious and driven recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial lending environment. You will partner closely with business leaders to attract top mortgage and corporate talent, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects a strong, well-established brand. The position focuses on building robust pipelines, advising on market trends, and ensuring compliant, efficient hiring processes that support the organization’s growth.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and ideal candidate profiles for each role.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive market outreach.
  • Recruit for a wide range of positions, including Loan Officers, Mortgage Sales Leaders, Operations, Underwriting, Processing, and Corporate roles.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and alignment with organizational culture and values.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current openings and anticipated future hiring needs across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, candidate records, and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide market insights, including compensation trends and talent availability, to inform hiring strategies and decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that positively represents the company’s brand, values, and commitment to customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Support a culture of coaching and continuous training by sharing best practices and contributing to recruiting-related initiatives.
  • Essential Skills
  • Experience recruiting in the mortgage industry.
  • Experience recruiting Loan Officers across the United States.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through onboarding coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and engage candidates.
  • Capability to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural alignment through phone and video interviews.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies as they relate to recruitment.
  • Organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and tracking within recruiting systems.
  • Skill in developing and executing sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including networking and referrals.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles such as Loan Officers, Mortgage Sales Leaders, Operations, Underwriting, Processing, and Corporate positions.
  • Ability to provide data-driven market insights on compensation trends and talent availability.

  • Work Environment
  • This is a 100% remote role, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced and dynamic lending division that offers residential mortgages, refinancing, and specialty loans. You will work closely with experienced Loan Officers and an operations team known for high performance, leveraging tools such as an Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter on a daily basis.
