Overview

We are currently looking for a Claims Medical Only Representative who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support. Do you love learning how things work and being part of a team with shared goals? You may be an excellent fit for this exciting role! Location: This role is scheduled to be in-office daily. How you'll make an impact Make a difference by communicating effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections. Accurately set reserves, make payments and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel and other internal or external resources. Provide fair, equitable and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards. Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims. About You Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 years related experience required Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws and accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with related claims and business software.- Minimum of 1 year related experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
