Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers when appropriate
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate mental health care
Qualifications
- Active Maryland license (or license-eligible) as:
- LCPC
- LPC
- LCSW-C / LCSW
- LMSW
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Passion for helping clients improve their mental wellness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with telehealth is a plus
